I also have purchased extras like bed covers, suspension, all with install included in the quoted price. David and the team are amazing. It's like having an easy button or AI answers that you can actually trust. At this point I just tell him what I am looking for style/cost/performance-wise and he finds me good matches. I have scheduled 6 different times in the past 6 years and they have always delivered on price and quality. I normally email or call (leave voicemail) to get a quote. Highly recommend this business.”

“My front tire light came on while I was in town & looked for the closet tire shop with a rating about 4 stars. I was a little hesitant to bring my Mercedes to a discount tire shop because I was worried maybe the customer service wouldn’t be as good or maybe they don’t work in European cars, which is common here. Well, I was totally wrong to be worried about it. I pulled up and my car was immediately taken back for inspection. It turns out I had a nail in each of my front tires. They were able to repair and re-inflate my tires in the time it took me to use the restroom. They didn’t even charge me for the repairs either! I will definitely be coming back here whenever I need to buy new tires. I was genuinely really impressed.”

“They are fast to put my tires on! But I highly recommend calling ahead of time to make sure that you have the right price, and that they have your tire in stock. They take you same day and/or walk-in. They are cash only. So better get the cash ahead of time because the ATM that they have at their location sometimes runs out of cash. The service is great, they are always helpful and kind. I think it's because no one likes fixing a popped tire and it's an "inconvenience " so they are empathetic to us. I give them props for dealing with any "not so nice" characters. I prefer recommending them to ALL my family and friends because of their great price and the fact that they are super quick to get you in and out, and back on the road.”

Your car will be treated with the utmost of care and attention to detail.
Each wheel will be returned to the same corner that it was removed from.
The tire pressure will be set to the recommended inflation figures provided by the manufacturer.
Both mating faces (on the back of the wheel and on the car) will be cleaned prior to reinstallation.
The center caps on each wheel will be properly oriented before the wheels are torqued properly on the ground with a torque wrench.
If you need to throw any wheels/tires in your car, they have bags and carry the wheels/tires out to your car for you.

“My new tire caught a nail rather close to the sidewall. I already shipped my tools off island so I stopped in here to get it patched or replaced. The shop owner took the time to advise and patched my tire for free, even as there was plenty of work being done. Couldn’t recommend enough!”

Our transportation company has used PTG over the past few years and a bunch of tires later they are still superior to the other companies! They can be busy so expect a little wait when on the phone or in the office. Customer service on point with a nice waiting room, cold AC, TV & clean bathroom facilities! “Tony takes pride in his small operation. His shop is very neat and clean and he spoke to me in a very easy tone. He diagnosed my vehicle and explained to me clearly what the issue was, how it would be repaired, and how much it would cost me. I agreed on the price. He replaced my AC compressor on my 2009 Honda Fit in one day and I was good to go the next day. This was an excellent experience for me. My feeling is that Tony is honest and professional. He has a foreign accent but because of his professionalism I was able to overlook that. I highly recommend this business.”
“I like this Firestone better than some others on the island, they always have great service and they will do some work on German cars vs others that will not. I have taken two of my Audis there for a few things and they have done well diagnosising and servicing. way easier and better than going to the dealer too. “Did a walk-in at the Ke’eaumoku Sam’s Club and they were able to take me in. I had two nails at the back tire and Jay helped me identified the nails and provided solutions that they could help me with, either patch up the existing tire or replace the tire with a new one depending on the damage. I decided to drop off my car as I’m a walk-in. Within less than two hours, I got a call from them and said it was ready for pick up. Great news was that they were able to patch it up. The service here is great and I’m grateful for Jay’s help!”

“Absolutely amazing service and great pricing too. I was able to call the day before and get an appointment for my bike. We dropped it off, they gave us an eta and the estimate for it and we were pretty much done! We needed a new chain and not only did he offer us the regular ones, but he had colorful options to match our rims and accents! Overall a great experience since moving here - finding a motorcycle repair shop was on the top of our list and left us pretty anxious. Locating this place solved our problems and left us worry free. We will be returning here for any and all future motorcycle needs - thanks guys!”

“I didn't think that I'd ever make a review for Costco tire center, but here I am. I was filling up my tires tonight while waiting for my other half that was inside of Costco, shopping, and I ran into some difficulties with the machine. Usually, it automatically starts when I hook it up to my tire. However, this time, it didn't seem to register that. I went inside the tire center to ask an associate for help and he gladly assisted. I was just expecting directions or a tip/trick, but he ended up filling all the tires himself. Big props to the team here especially since it was so close to closing, and I'm pretty sure that they were tired.”
“Goodyear rescued our Hawaiian vacation when we blew a tire, then blew the donut. Wes came and picked me up with the tire, brought me back to the shop, then returned me to where I was stranded. This is not a standard service they offer, they went above and beyond to salvage our time in Paradise! Thanks!”
