“I sent a website contact form and was notified by text I had an appointment a few days later. I went in for an oil change and they got it done in a few hours. I live close by so so was able to walk home while waiting, it would not have been comfortable to wait there. There is also a Starbucks across the street. Cost seemed high ($200 for an Audi oil change) but it's my first island auto service and I usually go to the dealership so it's likely comparable. They kept me updated and charged what they quoted. They didn't try to sell me on anything else despite me asking for them to check it over for anything else I may need.”

The technician did a diagnostic and was very honest and upfront about the potential costs. It turned out that it was just the battery and they prorated the charge. Great service.
