UIC Outlet is a great store with excellent and attentive customer service. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and nice, making customers feel comfortable and assisted in finding what they need. It is a perfect place, especially for bigger men's clothing, carrying sizes that are hard to find elsewhere, like up to 10X shirts and size 70 pants. It is the only place to find Tall T's and long enough cargo shorts. They have three locations on the island with lots of amazing stylish clothes, including popular Pro Club shirts, hats, sunglasses, and jewelry. Specific items like these are reasonably priced, though some note the prices can be a bit high or pricey, but it is worth it for the unique sizing. The store is very clean with lots of clothes and parking on the backside. However, the store layout is very packed, looking like a "hoarders paradise" with boxes stacked high and not much space to walk around, making staff assistance a must. The store can also be extremely hot if the AC is not on. The location is in Kalihi, across from the fire station, but it is not wheelchair accessible. Overall, it is a great little store with helpful staff where customers will definitely be back and recommend shopping there.
