Stephen was helpful with figuring out my Amazon return. Even answered my printing/scanning questions even I didn't go through UPS. I would give 6 stars if this UPS store also happen to recycle Amazon boxes. They play great music while you're waiting in line.

This location has always been good to me, so I prefer using it for all of my UPS needs. Additionally, it's very close to my home, and I don't have to walk up a flight of stairs (I'm disabled) the way I am required to do at the location closest to my work.
