“**Update - 5/28/2022**My response to their online customer service got through and they indicated that they would return my shipping fee for the mix up. This doesn't necessarily mean that the entire system is fixed with the way they use SHIPT to deliver things but, at least they finally took responsibility. It's fair, so I upgraded my review to 4 stars.This review is actually for an online order that came through this store. I considered ordering online and then picking up, but saw that they offer same-day delivery. I opted for that and then realized since I ordered after the cutoff time, it wouldn't arrive until the next day. I still had to pay $12.00 extra. Not a big deal.The next day rolls around and the shipping was not updated and there was absolutely no indication of what time this order would arrive. Every other shipping method available either updates on a regular basis or gives you an estimated time of arrival. It was already after 6pm the following day that I placed the order, and I had received nothing. GNC online assistance had gone home for the day, so I had to open a support ticket to request that I receive my shipping cost back.Then, a little after 7pm...some poor, part-time delivery person calls me trying to find my house. I guide her to my door and finally, I have received it. An email comes to me from GNC customer care the next morning claiming that since the order was placed after noon, it is completely up to the company SHIPT as to what time they will deliver it.SHIPT is a cut-rate company that hires people to deliver things as a second job. Not that the people hired try to do a bad job but, they aren't trained or prepared for this line of work and it's more like paying a neighbor to run an errand for you. The fact that GNC wants to pretend like they offer good shipping options and then completely blame it on the other company when it goes badly shows how much they care.From now on, I will be buying protein powder or whatever else I need, direct. I try to buy local when possible but, I won't support a company that does a piss-poor job like this and tries to blame it on someone else. Take some responsibility, GNC.”

The menu is small; which is great because too many items would be a harder decision and it would take too long to get your order, as customers were walking in to order off the menu. And of course they entice you with their variety of smoothies to top off your order. Perhaps one day I will order a smoothie. As I waited for my order to looked around the store ; there are a variety of Natural food and supplements, Baggu, all, kind of things interesting items! The gent working was like a walking encyclopedia as I overheard his conversation to a customer regarding supplements; knowledgeable employee who can address your questions about the supplements etc and a good thing.After the fact; I saw they had 2 violations that worried me. Yes, it was corrected BUT they need to adhere to the guidelines and NOT be cited again.If they are CITED, sorry but I will,not be returning for those delicious sandwiches and wraps.”

“I've been frequenting GNC a lot more often lately for protein and prime drinks. The workers are friendly and like to make small talk. They sell out pretty quick on those prime drinks that my oldest is obsessed with. We have a couple more flavors to try out still so I'll still frequent this location until they have them in stock. I'm surprised they survived the pandemic as I don't see many customers yet those prime drinks are a hot seller.”

“Gnc in the Kapolei shopping center, next to game stop..this one is my favorite one, the manager is always so friendly and welcoming, always got good music playing and she fills the store with awesome scents from the oils they have for sell there. Not the biggest store but they make use of the small space and have a great selection of what's popular and always have good sells, I got zoa energy drinks for half price because it was gonna expire, but not for another 6 months. SCORE!!! Go check them out.”

“Carrie (sorry about spelling!) was so amazing. Normally I'm very anxious to go into stores like this where I don't know much about it. She was very comforting, understanding and helpful. I take awhile making decisions and she was very patient with me! I learned a lot and will def be back. The store itself is clean, welcoming and organized. They have a pretty big selection of different CBD products. (Edibles, tinctures, topicals) I ended up buying a bottle of the gummy bears for my anxiety and signed up for their reward program.”

“With social distance going on, I wanted to get my stuff and go. I never shop at the Ewa Beach GNC due to being a regular at the NEX GNC. So I went here because this was closer to where I live and I was running out of supplements. Luke greeted me entering and helpful as I wanted to be quick and go home... I asked, he knew... Knew where the products are place so I don't need to do Scooby Doo mystery solving. He even offered to order online for a larger serving deal but I just got what they had. “Came in this morning before i went to the gym. Thank goodness there is a gnc in my area. The customer service was great once i walked in. The store is clean, there was a bit of a smell (a strong cologne) in there. Some areas of the front of the store were empty but heading towards the back was full. Dewayne recommended me multiple pre workouts. I've tried many pre workouts such as c-4, alani, bucked up, ghost (i recomend ghost), total war (i recommend this too), and black market. I'm sure there's much other pre work outs that I've used but these are the ones that i can recall using. I have the preference of 250mg or more in Caffeine as it gives me that energy, that pins & needles feeling :p Dewayne recommended "Beyond Raw Lit." 15 servings (it's a big scooper but I'd rather take half of it). 250 mg of caffeine. Not to mention, it's 2 for $30!!! 1 is usually priced at $30 or more! I was sold. He's great at making recommendations! I tried a full scoop of the blue raspberry today and wow, i got the tingly feeling to work out. I went to the gym and boy i felt great. No fatigue or headache before, during, or even after my exercises. I'd definitely recommend this product and for the deal that GNC is having for it right now. Not sure of when the promo is going to end but i also wanted to add that the larger Lit products are BOGO 50% off! I asked Dewayne, "what if i don't like it or I'm not satisfied???" Comes to find out that you can return the product and received a refund or credit after a certain amount of days. Note: keep your receipts, just in case if you aren't satisfied. Overall, the Lit preworkout is great by far, and great deal at the moment (the sale started ever since the holidays). They also offer a rewards program. Just register your number with GNC and earn points every time you make a purchase. Eventually, you can receive $5 or more off on your next purchase. Great store, great staff & service, and the location is convenient !”

Down to Pre workouts, diet pills, tea, protein, water pills LOL ETC YesterdaI bought these pills for detox call "The cleaner" which idk how this product is but I'll let you know by the 7th day. GNC staff is friendly & very helpful. They will tell you what is good, what flavors to try & help you find the product you are simply asking for. No complaints at all when I come here. All locations is good too.”
