The car was great but when I needed an extra day and they charged me they sent me an email the following day saying I had not turned the car in yet and it was late They were wondering why it was late so their paperwork doesn't follow through with the charges. I got it all worked out though.

I had a great experience with Alamo car rental service. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The wait time to pick up the vehicle was very short, which was wonderful. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely rent from them again!
