I finally had an exceptional experience on Maui with Hamai Appliance from start to finish the Sales representive Katie was honest and super informative to help me make the best choice in my budget. Then today, Romel from service came promptly to adjust my gas stove top that needed some small adjustments for my preference. I can now use my gas stove to full potential having every burner simmer perfectly and efficiently. This is the first time on Maui things were not just good but perfect! My only regret is that I did not buy all my appliances from Hamai. What I learned is that Hamai does not carry brands that are prone to break. “I live on Maui, but Terry over on O'ahu helped me over the phone and let me tell you BEST customer service I've ever experienced. I'm pregnant and decided to play plumber while my husband was at work and really got myself into a pickle. I was shocked at how nice and helpful Terry was. He was so patient, filled with knowledge to share and went the extra mile. He even followed up with an email including part numbers/pictures so I could have a smooth transaction at the Maui location getting all that i needed. 10/10”

“What a great experience I had with Gwen at Pace Supply Kahului. I was looking for a simple part to a 2" pressure regulator .She researched it out and found the only way to get the gasket was to buy a $203 kit. She understood my frustration and continued to find a solution and found a $5.99 product available at Ace that should fix the issue. Great service with a great attitude. Thanks for your help Gwen”
“So the shower valve broke at my 89 year old tutu's house to where you could not shut the water off. There was no shutoff valve in the water line going to the shower, so we had to turn off the water to the whole house to avoid wasting gallons.Went to Ferguson and as I had expected the valve was 30+ years old, not stocked on Maui and would have to be special ordered. Figured as much. So I asked what I could do to just cap off the supply lines to the shower in the meantime while waiting for the part to come in, so we could at least turn the water back on to the rest of the house.The employee at Ferguson sold me "shark bite" cap fittings and a pipe cutter, and explained in detail how to install them. Back at the house, about 10 minutes of work and I had the lines capped off and was able to turn our water back on! ?I really appreciated the patient service with aloha during a stressful situation. They treated me as a valued customer even though they mostly deal with big commercial sales and I was just a clueless DIY'er buying $25 worth of items. What a great experience. Mahalos guys, I will recommend you to anyone I know of needing plumbing supplies! ???”

I found their prices for gardening plants and ceramics pots better than elsewhere.
