“What a great place!! You honestly can't ask for more from a CF box. They have incredibly friendly staff members and athletes, and huge space with lots of equipment. It's always nice when CF gyms have open gym for people that want to continue doing their own thing too. I was greeted the moment I walked in and Frank made sure that I had everything I needed for my own workout. I was even asked if I wanted to hop in their competitor track workout which a bunch of them were about to do. It just shows how welcoming the community is. I also had some great conversations with Jimmy who I believe is the owner of the place. He was also very welcoming and asking about my own fitness journey, and constantly coaching the athletes in his gym even though he was working out and it was open gym so he had no obligation to coach. When the owner sets the example and tone, you already know it will trickle down into the rest of the community. Thank you for the experience Aloha CF!”

“It's my first experience of being a gym member, so I have nothing to compare it to. Also, it's a complimentary membership, so I'm not sure how the value compares to other outlets . I like that there's a wide selection of weight machines. There are a great number of cardio machines, like treadmills, stairsteppers, cycle, and elliptical. There is also a 30 minute intensive workout room. where you switch from one machine to another in a timed sequence. There are free weights, there is a stretching and yoga corner, and there are other items that I still haven't learned how to use. I notice a few machines are out of order every time I go, but still many other choices. I like the women's change room facility, with showers and lockers. I am enjoying the ability to pop in at my own convenience, and always have access to plenty of equipment. The staff are friendly, and it seems like all the patrons are enjoying themselves.”
