I think power lifting gyms can seem intimidating but they have been the most welcoming in my experience and this one was no different. The owner was super kind and showed me where everything I need for the day was. ( I don’t powerlift so sometimes I get lost)
Great vibes, they have everything you need to work out.

“Kurt Higa has a team that takes very good care of the equipment and their members. Any concerns you may have is quickly answered or if time is needed never goes unanswered. Air quality is two thumbs up, and there are always CLEAN machines available. Everyone in the gym cleans up and wipes the machines and weights after every use. Much mahalos Kurt and your team!”

“Went while on vacation on the west side, and had a great workout. The atmosphere was great, it wasn’t very crowded, and they had a variety of machines and free weights. I would highly recommend this gym for those nearby.”
