Minit stops are great but the chicken is not consistent. Most of the time it's dry but when moist it's really good

It’s all about the fried chicken and potato wedges at Minit Stop, a Maui chain that also expanded to the Big Island.
They’re a gas station and convenience store. This location has a handful of prepared foods including cold sandwiches, salads and even Spam musubi.
Service is always friendly.

Great central location, good fast service despite a long line..good selection of grab n go food..known for their chicken so picked up the box of 13 thighs since I don't want drumsticks..wanted breasts but didn't have...got the egg rolls too which r really good.
