“I switched to this pharmacy after a couple bad experiences with longs filling my meds, and i could not be happier. i have never had a pharmacy fill a medication as fast as they do, around 45 minutes for a drug that would have taken longs 24 hours. Very happy with them, always very nice and efficient, many reviews mention not answering the phone but that is pretty standard for most places on maui, and they have not messed up to an extent i have had to call them. fast and easy pickup as well, consistent hours too. would not purchase anything here due to how expensive safeway is in general, but for medication pickup they are great”
“The store has many items and brands that appeal to range of customers needs, wants. Store cashiers are not the fastest, but they are pleasant and there are usually several so wait time is moderate, sometimes longer.The store has a lot of merchandise for a limited space especially the seasonal section which is always so cluttered and hard to maneuver around in since right by where customers have to wait to pay. I miss the original double entrances that were both along the front of the store (Ka’ahumanu Ave side). They instead created a second entrance as well as adding several registers along the mall side which is usually empty. It seems this store needs some reconfiguring for smoother flow for shoppers and to help more evenly spread out the foot traffic congestion, while deterring shoplifting and loitering.The store is air conditioned, but still doesn’t feel cool… maybe no dehumidifier or AC system that doesn’t work well.”

“For those like me who grew up on going to Longs Drug to shop. This store is the busiest on this island because it's central in my opinion. Staffing is limited be patient. Ask for items if you could not find in store. Staff will help. Late night until early morning stores are locked due to safety issues. Wave down a staff member in store. They will open doors to allow entry. Safe shopping. Highly recommended. Tyvm”

“Hello, Sadly we have not been happy when dealing with CVS in AZ but unfortunately are forced to buy meds from you bc that's what our insurance requires.We are in Maui for a while and found that I forgot to bring two critical meds that are taken daily. This was very upsetting as it usually turns into a huge problem at our local CVS and can take several days to resolve. I called the CVS at 55 Kiopaa Street, Pukalani, Hi. and spoke to Kiaaina (not sure about spelling). she was absolutely outstanding, caring, professional, capable and helpful...just amazing. My problem was resolved in a matter of minutes. She is by far the best CVS employee I have ever dealt with and is deserving of special recognition. My wife had a similar with Dominique.”

“Longs is now owned by CVS which should be a plus for all, mainly because all your prescriptions and club card are linked nationwide. For you smokers, they've axed all tobacco sales. For drinkers, their booze prices can't be beat.
But, this location is still 100% Hawaii Longs. It's been here for years and doesn't have the feel of current CVS stores which is a plus. They are still the go-to place for local favorites and school supplies, long before Walmart ever entered the Hawaii market. I mainly patronize this place for grocery items which when on sale can go even lower than Wally's. The sale items are always conveniently located in the central aisle on easy to see square displays. They also have a very good selection of greeting cards, now that our Hallmark is gone.
Service is friendly and helpful. Parking is plentiful and close by. Store is open 24-hours.”
