The busiest gas station outside of Costco is a convenient Safeway minimap good discount on Safeway card. Pumps are usually clean and tidy but some pumps are slow and can be wonky, takes a bit to get started. Early or late go no line, usually nonexistent. The payment method is the same as at self‑service stands in Japan and can be completed using a monitor, easy to understand and cheap. Nice convenience store plenty of variety including hot food and the pump hoses are very long.

Highly recommend it's close to the airport and if you have safeway points , it's definitely helpful on the gas price. Longer lines during the day , shorter in the evening.
