Horrible experience. They don't care about customer experience this is only about being the cheapest to get people to book with them. Spend the extra money or have your valuable vacation time wasted waiting for a car that you booked way in advance!

NEVER using Thrifty again. Long wait to get checked in, then an hour standing in the parking garage waiting for a car. The excuse was "we got slammed today". Excuse me? This is a reservation situation. Terrible mismanagement. We have been to Maui 20+ visits and have never had an issue with any other car rental company.

The app says you can skip the line by paying in full checking in ahead of time by imputing all info and lic, but then you get a message that the car I reserved is not ready. There are 7 desk open and no one working them so check in is at least 1 hour wait time.
