“We have a 13 year old SubZero refrigerator/freezer. We started noticing a tool looking indicator inside the top area showing there maybe a functional issue. We looked through our files and noticed the refrigerator was installed by Hakoda's Builders Appliance. It was passed any warranty. We decided to call the company to see if they could send someone out to troubleshoot the issue. They were booked solid and we realized it could be weeks before they would be available. However, to our surprise the owner responded and rearranged their schedule to fit us in within a couple of days. We were greatly appreciative. To our amazement the technical person who arrived was the actual owner...Wayne. He was very organized and extremely proficient. He spent approximately two hours analyzing disassembling and identifying the problem which was a back aching task. He carefully cleaned the system identified the problem and made the repair. An amazing, kind and considerate owner and technical expert. The price was way below what we expected. Hakoda's Builders Applicance is a great, professional business which we highly recommend.
