“The staff is always friendly and helpful except one member of the staff that gives your pay to you he isn't that friendly like the rest of the crew on the team. Also the weight is kind of far to read what your recycles weigh out unless you have very awesome eye vision to see it. but all in all this is most definitely the best place to bring your recycles at! Mahalo to the staff for their hard work and dedication!”
“We were so happy with the service at Ferguson! They saved our bacon several times. We were doing a remodel. They went above and beyond to get us what we needed on time. Big shout out to Shad! Then they saved us again. We had a tricky Moen part that would have shut us down without the part. Viola! They had it. Nice people. Very knowledgeable”
“Today 9/12/2026 I went to the store looking for Quart Paint Sticks. I couldn't find them anywhere, luckily Don assisted me and he finally found the sticks, they weren't in the aisle but in storage rack. Was one of my best experiences in THD. Thank you so much Don! I hope THD hire more people like Don!”
“Mike B in the paint department was extremely helpful! He helped us figure our which paint to buy and even found a sale he could apply. Appreciate his help so much!
Michelle C. has helped us more than once in the garden department and with pickups, she is really wonderful!”
