About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental Kona operates a busy location serving value-conscious travelers. Service is often described as great, with cheerful and caring staff who work as a perfect team. They efficiently handle busy periods, staffing every counter to keep lines moving fast and provide impeccable service. Customers report friendly interactions where staff go above and beyond, such as happily exchanging vehicles for a better fit. The process is streamlined; pick-up can be very quick, and drop-off is extremely quick with no paperwork—just leave the keys in the car. The cars themselves can be a little less than perfect, with some being a bit beat up, having scratches or dents, but are perfectly driveable. This condition is sometimes expected at such a busy facility. Overall, the staff ensures customers walk out with a smile.
