We had an excellent experience with our car rental in Kailua Kona. Tony and the entire team gave us a warm island welcome along with local recommendations. The process was smooth for both the car pickup and return, and we will absolutely be using Enterprise for our future visits to the Big Island. Mahalo!

Everything was perfect. Speedy pick up at the terminal and quick pick up of the car. Clear directions on how to get to our vacation. The drop off was just as easy. Seamless process with everyone working quickly and with a smile.

We rented an excellent low mileage Chrysler Pacifica with many modern conveniences at a great price.
Shuttle service to and from the airport was friendly and efficient. Both pick up and drop off were pleasant experiences.
Definitely top of the list for our next rental.
