Saw 4 car rental shuttles for every brand for every one Hertz shuttle at the Kona arrivals curb. Waited 20 minutes and the lot is 2 minutes from airport.

When at the Kona airport visit Nicole at the Hertz counter. She is dedicated and accommodating to name a few attributes. Mahalo to Nicole for taking excellent care of our needs.

Rented Two different Ford Mustang convertibles in 2026. One being a 2023, other 2025. Both had issues with rear windows not closing all the way. The 23 had incorrect pickup mileage by nearly 500 miles.
Hertz in general has been a good rental company. My 3rd time renting in past year.
