“I went to Home Depot in Kailua-Kona and was fortunate to meet and solicit information from Judy. She has worked in lighting for 20+ years and her expertise was evident. I chose to convert our old ballast driven fixtures to a direct, no ballast system. With Judy's help, I purchased everything that would be needed.
The first successful conversion made me return to Home Depot to purchase supplies to retrofit all the remaining fluorescent lighting in my home.
