“As a County of Hawaii employee for the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney, I 've brought our county vehicles to East Bay Tire for ongoing service. One another note, my personal vehicle had a low tire pressure and I was unsure if I had punctured tire. I called, spoke to Jovi and he said to bring the vehicle in immediately. He accommodated me so I could get back to work in a timely manner. I brought my vehicle in, and went right into the bay for assessment. The assessment, tire service complete, and a tire tread consult took less than 10 minutes and I went right back to work. Again, LESS THAN 10 MINUTES!!!! I have ALWAYS been very happy with the entire East Bay Tire team. They always take care of the Prosecuting Attorney's Office team professionally and personally. THANK YOU, WE ARE GRATEFUL TO ALL OF YOU....”

“Came in to I.P.O. a few weeks after putting new terrain tires on my 2021 4Runner, to get a 2" lift kit. After their installation, I noticed what seemed to be a new, very slight vibration in my frame and steering wheel. Thought it was from the lift kit they installed (turns out it wasn't). Jeff offered to check it out, and he did. A couple hours after dropping it off, it was ready to pick up. So, what was I problem, I asked. The front tires were out of balance, he discovered, and he rebalanced them all FOR FREE! Without my even asking! And wouldn't even accept cash on the counter. These guys are real professionals, when they step "outside of the box" to troubleshoot and get things fixed. I'll be back there anytime I have a 4WD or suspension issue!! Total trust.”
