I didn't know what to do or where to go, after research I decided to go with Chen & I'm glad I did. I called him to explain my situation and he told me me bring it in. In about an hour he called me and told me what was wrong & what needed/could be done. He sent a follow up email with attachments of everything he saw and what he advised, as well as calling me to verbally communicate this.He is extremely smart, & honorable. However, I myself never visited the physical store until recently, when it was time to replace my ancient iPhone. As soon as I entered the store, I felt an overall welcoming, friendly vibe from the staff. A big shout out to employee Ty, who helped me with my phone purchase, transferred everything from my old phone to the new phone, and updated my carrier agreement to save me $$$$$ each month! I really appreciated the way he answered all of my questions knowledgeably and professionally, without any intimidating tech jargon and without any hard-sell pressure. Thank you, Ty!”
“Bought a polycarbonate 2010 macbook from ray. But had to return it , no there was nothing wrong with the laptop I just realized I needed my money back because my credit card bill notice came in the other day and needed the refund to pay my bill. “I did not know much about Mac Made Easy but I live in Kailua and spilt Miso Ginger Dressing on my laptop (Apple Mac Book Pro 2019) keys so there we ended up.In my panic I made worse things worse. Thankfully my laptop was checked inside and out and miraculously put back together (because I ripped the keys off). I am a happy customer and so very thankful they could help. They sell all apple accessories, even more than I have even seen in the actual Apple store and they will give you an honest and fair professional opinion and price.When you need this type of service, you are thankful they are there.”
