“First time I’d to go to a store in a looong time.Had an appointment to drop off my beloved MacBook Pro for a screen replacement.As usual, on the phone or in-person, everyone is so friendly and sincerely helpful.Also brought up an issue I had with an AirPods Pro and they immediately recommended an option that saved me $59 . . .Oh, and I got my MacBook back after 4 days OVER the weekend instead of the quoted 7.Apple Care+ is worth every penny. Just sayin’Grateful”
