“Excellent service from PCC! My HP printer was constantly jamming and giving me error messages. I called PCC in the morning, and Dennis said they could fix it. I dropped it off around 1:00 PM, and by 3:00 PM, he called to say it was ready! They completely cleaned the printer inside and out and replaced the rollers. It looks and works like new! Dennis and the team were professional, experienced, and very service-oriented. Fast turnaround and excellent customer service. I highly recommend PCC for printer repair!”

“Phenomenal service. Bought an iPhone and Verizon took 2 days to port my new number, then lost it. Ryan literally argued with 3 different people on my behalf with Verizon’s HOT DOG WATER customer service after they literally couldn’t find my number in their system (went to Tmobile 5 mins later and they found my number associated with Verizon). Have never been down by this Apple Store or its employees.”

“Nate in Appliances was super helpful and is the main reason for this 5-star review. In a nutshell, I ordered a dishwasher from Best Buy's website and ended up needing to exchange it. Something happened during the exchange process and it had to be processed as separate transactions, which caused all sorts of other problems. First, I was told I had to work it out with Best Buy's corporate office -- I tried this, and they directed me back to the store. So I walked in one evening to get a resolution and luckily, Nate was there and helped me sort everything out. It ended well and I now have a wonderful new dishwasher. I'm sure this ordeal was an unwelcome headache for Nate too, but he was incredibly kind and professional. Highly recommend management give him a raise or at least a bonus for being such a fantastic employee.”
