“Amazing local store! They don't carry my dogs protein for Purvita grain free food, but the owner special orders for me and let's me know when it's in! Makes me feel valued as a customer and I rave to The rest of my friends who have fur babies too! I absolutely recommend this spot! Lots of selection and knowledgeable friendly staff!”
“First, I posted a few pictures of the front entrance along with a video. The directions to the location had me a little confused but I ended up getting it sorted out. It's right next to the FedEx building and there's ample parking in the front. Next, I usually go to the other location on the other side of the island but I was in the area for some errands. The selection is quite good and the AC is nice and cool, which definitely helps in this area is very hot. The selection of food, dog treats, and even toys / water bowls was really nice and the prices weren't outrageous at all. I would definitely recommend going if you want a good experience, from friendly staff, with decent prices.”

“Ever since they had a pop up at the dog convention, we've been getting our doggy treats from here. We love that they have their own shop and that's it's very accessible.I placed a pick up order last night and it was ready for pick up around 1pm today (the next day). We went to pick up my order and I decided to buy one more treat since one was out from my original order.We were checking out the furikake seasoning but we decided not to get it. But after checking out, I believe she was the owner, she gave us a FREE sample of the furikake. It was about half the container or a little bit more and I was so surprised! She was so nice! I wish I got her name.But if you are looking for dog treats, this is the perfect spot!100/10!”

She also said happy birthday to him when she found out it was his birthday. I got him some amazing dog treats here and sign up for the points to receive discounts. My dog loves the treats so far! “Almost every Wednesday I buy 40 plus dollars of their products at the Open Market by Blaisdell arena. At the residential building, I give treats to 6 dogs of different owners at least once a day. Sometime maybe twice. Their products are suited for dogs of different sizes and some of these dog owners I know has purchased Bow Wow product’s themselves. I recommend Bow Wow. I have been a customer for over 2 years. They are honest and professional. Dogs visiting at the open market get free treats to break the ice. Visit them with or without a dog.”

“So I wanted to buy some stuff for my fish tank and I figured, why not go to Petco since it was near my house? I gotta say it did not disappoint and was very simple. I mean it is a Petco, but what made my experience special was the people. The fish girl was super knowledgeable and knew a lot about the species I was interested in, and honestly, probably saved me a lot of money on fish and, more importantly, saved the fish's lives by giving me good information. I trust the employees very much and appreciate their kindness to a novice like me.”
“Always order my dog food online for a 10 percent discount. Usually ready for pickup in a couple of hours. They also have delivery, but note, my last delivery originated from the Big Island, not Oahu so it took longer.”

“Petco is great, they always have what I'm looking for. But my one complaint is why can't you just give us the online price automatically instead of us having to look it up online, holding up the line and people are waiting for you. Wouldn't it be easier if the customer just says online price please. Then the cashiers have a button that they push and it just automatically puts the online price?”

“Calvin and Susie in Kailua helped to save our super picky pug! My husband and I had tried many, many different food options over the years from fresh food to prepared food. After all failed attempts to introduce healthier foods to his diet, we were literally out of options, and his health was on the decline. My husband happened to stroll into the store to kill time and began talking with the staff about our pug and his food struggles. After asking him more questions about our pug's preferences, they suggested a frozen food and recommended mixing it in with his chicken. To our complete surprise, he LOVED it! Since then, everything they have recommended has worked. Recently, our pug fell in love with the dry food they recommended. He has NEVER eaten dry dog food ever!!! We are so grateful for their knowledge and wide selection of specialized products, including their excellent customer service! We are forever fans and will continue to trust their recommendations!
