“They are fast to put my tires on! But I highly recommend calling ahead of time to make sure that you have the right price, and that they have your tire in stock. They take you same day and/or walk-in. They are cash only. So better get the cash ahead of time because the ATM that they have at their location sometimes runs out of cash. The service is great, they are always helpful and kind. I think it's because no one likes fixing a popped tire and it's an "inconvenience " so they are empathetic to us. I give them props for dealing with any "not so nice" characters. I prefer recommending them to ALL my family and friends because of their great price and the fact that they are super quick to get you in and out, and back on the road.”
“They are one of the vendors in Hawaii to carry the wheels I wanted. I worked with Jeff on getting the wheels and tires that I wanted, the exact specs. There were no arguments, push backs, just helpful suggestions. It took a bit but we made the timeline work.

“I had a great experience. Everything went very smoothly and they did a great job. I noticed they filled my tires to spec, on the dot. Also because I have weight in the back of my truck that is obviously always there, they filled the back tires above spec to compensate - very considerate of them.
Also, about $120 cheaper than other tire shops for my two tires.”
“I did an oil change here. They took me on the same day, and it only took 45 min from dropping off my car to picking it up. They did a tire check as well. I was waiting in a clean waiting room with free Wifi. The staff is professional. They gave me some discount as well. I used to go to a local store, but it took 4-5 hours, and it was not as professional as this store. Highly recommended.”
“Fantastic customer service (thank you, Gary) and reasonable pricing. This location unfortunately doesn't have the license to perform state inspections as of January 2026, but they did notify me of an issue (bald tire) that would have failed one during a routine oil change. My oil change was finished promptly and they were able to squeeze me in for a tire replacement the same day.”

They don’t always answer the phone because everyone is working to service the cars in the back! They investigate issues and fix things right away. Be prepared for a 1.5-2.5 hour wait, but remember that the services are free (such as tire rotation and balance!)”
