“On a recommendation from a close friend, I took four tires that I had recently purchased for my classic 1957 Bel Air to have them installed at Auto Customs in Kalihi. From the time I spoke to Brandon to make an appointment, and throughout the whole process of the tire installation, there was only friendly interaction with their employees who were very cordial while displaying a high degree of professionalism. I was also kept fully informed throughout. The finished product was what I expected for my specialty vehicle. I was in and out in less than an hour, matching the time quoted to me when making the appointment. Of particular note, is the expert service provided by "Jeff" who took care of me during the whole experience. I live in Mililani and it was well worth the commute to have this work done. I highly recommend them.”

“Late Friday of the President’s day weekend, I requested an oil change the next day. Obviously it was a late request, but Ron squeezed me in at 9:30 am. I arrived about 9:45, but Ron still took me in and said it would be ready about 3 pm. He called before 1 pm and said it was ready, and he also pointed out my coolant reservior was empty. He gave a very reasonable estimate to pressure test the system and if there was no leak, then to top it off. Check out was quick and easy and he applied the applicable discounts available. The car was clean and service was done properly and before expected.”

“The upside: the prices and service are excellent. The downside: very, very busy; they don't answer the phone and you have to make an appointment in person. It's worth going to Hawaii Kai after work to make an appointment, since the shopping center with the tire center has a Costco and several nice places for dinner: a Taco Del Mar for takeout Mexican, and a Ramen-Ya or Chopsticks and Rice for a sit down meal. And there's a Ross Dress for Less if you feel like browsing or picking up a few value buys.”

“They are fast to put my tires on! But I highly recommend calling ahead of time to make sure that you have the right price, and that they have your tire in stock. They take you same day and/or walk-in. They are cash only. So better get the cash ahead of time because the ATM that they have at their location sometimes runs out of cash. The service is great, they are always helpful and kind. I think it's because no one likes fixing a popped tire and it's an "inconvenience " so they are empathetic to us. I give them props for dealing with any "not so nice" characters. I prefer recommending them to ALL my family and friends because of their great price and the fact that they are super quick to get you in and out, and back on the road.”

“I went in because my inspection had expired and the police kindly suggested I fix it immediately. They are ALWAYS slammed! I explained myself to the cute girl working at the counter and she helped me out big time. She had them do my inspection and I made an appointment for later in the week to do my 100k service. I can't say this is typical but if she called me up I would take her to lunch for sure! ;)”

“My hunny and I popped our tire on the H3 we decided to change all 4 came in 3 days ago and one of the workers said come back tmmr at 745 am and we can fix it since we plus members . Came around 815 the next day and they were booked up till tmmr . My fault tho he did say 745 I came at 815 so I come back today alone and the workers who opened today were amazing he took me in didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing anything about cars . My hunny paid the other day so I didn’t have to pay a thing extra . And they do everything with a smile . All the workers there are great but the young guys !! They’re the best they made me feel so comfortable leaving my car with them . 10/10 will definitely be recommending you guys to everyone I know . Everyone who opened today Friday November 10 .
