“The staff went above and beyond to help us out. We walked in and decided to rent a car for 2 days. We ended up with the rental for 5 day and returned it on Friday. Then on Monday we walked in again because our son's truck broke down and we had no way to get to airport. We wanted someone to set up a uber pickup at 8pm since we never used the app before. Ryan was so courteous and helpful we ended up renting a car and returning it to airport at night. Best idea ever we were able to get those last minute souvenirs. We even got to watch the sunset one last time before leaving Hawaii.”

“Just rented a car for vacation. WAY less expensive than the big brands. Reserved a 7 passanger SUV. Got a newer Chevy Traverse that worked great. Loaded edition with leather and navigation. Didn't have to buy a nav package like the other guys. Pick up shuttle was quick n easy. Vehicle was clean, people were friendly, and they let ya leave it at the airport for an extra $27 so no Uber or taxi ride. Just drive up, drop off everyone/bags, then park it. Super easy and cheap($8 day) to add an extra driver. No BS charges for this n that. No shady dents or dings because they take pics while your standing there and had no problem with me videoing it as we walked around the vehicle. Paperwork was easy and usual items. Will use again for sure!!! Cost was less than $500 for over a week compared to $2544 thru Sixt or even more on Enterprise.”

I tried them for the first time back in July 2025. They might not be a big name rental car company but they treated me like a vip, the car I rented was clean, looked, felt and drove like new and it was reasonably priced. It got me to where I needed to go no problems. Pick up and drop off was easy. My husband met with Kameron to look at a Pacifica. Turned out not to be for us but a week later Kameron called my husband about a car that might work for our family. Kameron bought it at auction for us, there were a few issues that needed to be dealt with and Kameron handled it all for us. When I got my car she was absolutely perfect! I can't tell you how much me and my family love our minivan. And we owe it all to Kameron. He made the whole process so easy.

“Okay, looking at previous mixed reviews got me a bit worried , but being a frequent traveler, and renting car numerous times, this is probably the best car rental experience ever. I provided all information including my insurance info even tho I have primary insurance for rental through my credit card. Primary reason for using them is due to having additional driver included in their pricing and the price of a rental was 2/3 of major car rental place. When I landed in honolulu, I got a txt message from yesaway rental with estimated time of arrival and to contact them when I land. I called when I was waiting for my check-in bags. Soon after I got my bag, they arrived right outside the door by the baggage claim. We didn't have to drag all our luggage's to rental car area and wait in long line. We were picked up by Moe, and he is amazing! He processed everything seamlessly, probably one of the fastest rental experience ever. He gave us instructions on how to return the car. On the day of return, I got a txt message from Moe when we would return the car. (At this point, I left and my parents were driving the car) my parents returned the car, and they didn't have to move luggage's around. Moe dropped them off with the same car with no delays. Considering my parents being 70+ yrs old, I was very thankful for their action so my parents didn't have to deal with dragging multiple luggages. Thank you so so much(especially to Moe)!!! Don't doubt, rent from Yesaway!”

“I never knew renting a car I would have such a great experience. My girl Van was always so helpful, considerate, courteous, and made me laugh leaving me happier than when I came in. They always had a rental ready to go at a time when I didn’t have a car to get to work on the other side of the island and were great with short notice. “First time use Hui car share ! After 10 mins on the phone support I am able to figure out how it works . My rental area is underground so it is a bit tricky to open the car . I was using a newish Toyota Prius. It is the perfect car to cruise around Oahu . I am also able to return on time . They also have an extension option . Overall it is not bad . 2 hours for $40 . Hassle free no but once you understand the app logic , it is quite easy . The only thing I could complain will be the cleanest inside however it is a common problem for car share program . Mahalo !”

“I saved over $100 vs renting direct from the airport, including Ubering the mile here instead of walking - no good sidewalks to get you here from the terminal. The staff is super friendly. This is Hawaii, where Aloha trumps competence. You get both but it takes a little longer. My car was ready... sort of. The desk person went to get it and noticed the key fob battery needed changing. 10 minutes later they drove my car up and then washed it real quick. The gas was only 7/8 full but they noted it for turn in. During turn-in they asked if they could drop me off at the terminal. I was happy to tip the guy when he dropped me off. You get both competence and Aloha here. Slow down, save $100, and feel the Aloha.”
