“Nice pleasant environment to have my morning mocha, morning reading before starting a work day. Service friendly good WiFi. Also, convenient to pickup a lunch to take back to my shop.”
“Fantastic location and even better service! I highly recommend the Verizon store in Windward Mall. The representatives, and especially the manager, Ellis, are incredibly kind. Ellis truly went above and beyond to answer all of my mom's questions. It's clear he genuinely cares about his customers and making sure they get the best deal.”
“My visit to GameStop today was a great one! Due to the holiday season, the entire mall was packed with people, and GameStop was no exception. As with any GameStop, the selection of new / used games was vast, and the other options like playing cards or tech accessories were organized and not overly crowded in display. The only things they seemed to be short of were toy and clothing merchandise. Given the season of shopping, the seemingly short stock of those items is more than understandable. The store had more than usual employees, which added to a pleasant experience since the lines went as fast as they were long.Make sure to ask for the taller gentleman named James! In my experience, he has always been the most knowledgeable for anything and everything I had a question about. And today, he went out of his way to be sure that I received the Collector's Edition case for my copy of Sonic Frontiers. Keep it up James!”
“Convenient regular, lol. So much has changed from my childhood (Kahaluu) so to be able to still have businesses in operation, I savor the moments before they become simple lifetime memories.”
“Mahalo Papa ma ka inoa mana o Iesū Amene?️??? thank you for t-mobile service rep Lee…his customer service talents are Christ- like; patience, and hears what Kupuna is saying to assist. Store was busy however there was no rushing to help me or to hurry and help others. Rep Lee shared possible reasons for me thinking a new cell was bec a lot of unnecessary downloads to clean cell and explaining patiently how the many games I had affects my reaction. Thank you for having him on board… Mālama pono?”
“I’m really glad I found this little mom-and-pop electronics/IC shop in Kaneohe. The owner was genuinely helpful — I was working on a project, and instead of just selling me parts, he took the time to talk through what I needed and helped me make the right choices. That kind of hands-on knowledge and patience is rare these days, especially compared to big corporate stores. If you care about supporting local, non-corporate businesses and want real technical help from someone who knows their stuff, this place is absolutely worth supporting.”
