“Normally I expect there to be a long line and for an oil change to take much longer. I think it was slow because I went in on a busy holiday shopping weekend when most people probably aren’t getting oil changes as much. I think it took under 15 minutes for them to finish my oil change. It was like a pit crew came out during a race! They offered great customer service and a very quick turnaround time for completing my oil change. I give them an A+”

“I am leaving 5 star but honestly because I didnt get any work done so I really don't know. All I know is I took my vehicle with check engine light on told them the scan said P0016 problem. They said they needed to run their own diagnosis. They did came out the same problem P0016, they charged me $143 dlls then told me they don't fix that issue. And I was at a lost for words.”
“Donnell at Burt's Union Services was a real gentleman! I had called asking if they could get me in for a car battery replacement that morning and he was quick to recognize my voice as soon as I arrived. Before we started he was able to check my battery to see if it even needed replacement & thankfully I didn't! He seemed just happy to help despite losing out on a business transaction in that moment. As a female customer at an auto shop, I was so grateful for honesty! He got a tip from me & any future auto business I may need!”

If you’re Coast Guard working on Sand Island, this is the place to go. It’s right outside base. Mr. Tagami is fast and efficient; just come before his lunch break at 10:30am or after at 12pm.
He seems stoic, but he’s kind and humorous. I will be back next year!”

“I had a great experience with KT. My mom’s car was flashing a warning intermittently but when the brake lights wouldn’t go off, I was stuck to face a dead battery in the morning. I drive up hoping someone could help, and they did! No more than 5 minutes of a wait, they fixed my electrical issue. Thank you for seeing me right away and fixing my issue!”

“Great service! Don't expect then to answer the phone, but if you need an oil change just pull up to the service station. The boys running the shop are a bit kolohe, but incredibly professional and fast! My tires were a little low on air and to my surprise they filled them without me asking or an additional charge. Oil change was around $120”
