They are always so friendly and try to find coupons for me to use. Will continue going to this jiffy lube for the convenience (they have your oil and last appt on file when you pull up) and helpfulness.”
“By far the best service and auto care experience in Honolulu yet. This is old school, full service, local style hospitality at reasonable prices! My rear driver’s side brake light went out so I went to O’Reilly and they recommended I take it to Burts to get it changed out. I was at Burts just before 8am and had my light changed and done by 8:10 and they only charged me $5!!!! I’m doing ALL my car care and maintenance with them as much as I can from now on!”

“I brought my van to have it aligned. Chung found out that the upper control arms were both bad and the bushings were worn out. They worked 7 hours to rebuild my front end and alignment! Those mechanics and Chung worked over two hours after they closed to keep their word that they would finish my van that day!! Even though I was a walk in job that started at 1PM!!!!! My van is perfect now and I will definitely trust Chung and his men with whatever is needed to keep my cars running. Mahalos for your hard work. And the cost was a lot less than the big brand shops in the area!”

If you’re Coast Guard working on Sand Island, this is the place to go. It’s right outside base. Mr. Tagami is fast and efficient; just come before his lunch break at 10:30am or after at 12pm.
He seems stoic, but he’s kind and humorous. I will be back next year!”
