“I came in on 8/26 for an oil change & to see if I could get an air cabin filter replacement. The oil change was done quickly & I am grateful for such care & professionalism all around. Although the shop did not have my vehicles specific cabin air filter the technician still took the time to patiently take the old filter out even though it had previously fell into the reservoir which was immensely appreciated.
I apologize for not remembering both of there names but the two service technicians who worked on my car were very helpful, especially Jhongen, who helped with the air filter & assisted me through the entire process making for such a smooth experience overall. He is an incredible asset to your team as he was very knowledgeable & seemed to be doing multiple duties with assisting other customers when asked any questions as well as assisting the other service technicians when they needed his help also.”
“What a pleasant experience at PCAW (Pearl City Auto Works). I had 2 electrical problems with my vehicle which required a partial disassembly of the dash. PCAW correctly identified the cause of the electrical problem and corrected the problem and reassembled the dash to its original condition using great care as my vehicle was a 2000 Ranger and the clips etc. required extra care to prevent breaking. A special thank you goes to Shay for her assistance in scheduling my appointments and keeping me informed as to the arrival of parts needed and the status of the repairs to my truck. I will definitely be a return customer.”

“Normally I expect there to be a long line and for an oil change to take much longer. I think it was slow because I went in on a busy holiday shopping weekend when most people probably aren’t getting oil changes as much. I think it took under 15 minutes for them to finish my oil change. It was like a pit crew came out during a race! They offered great customer service and a very quick turnaround time for completing my oil change. I give them an A+”

“Cool set of guys. Came in at 11 and driving away at 11:40am. One car ahead of me ( I got lucky ) and everything else was smooth sailing. Used a coupon for a free fuel treatment and they told me my total before they started.

I had called asking if they could get me in for a car battery replacement that morning and he was quick to recognize my voice as soon as I arrived. Before we started he was able to check my battery to see if it even needed replacement & thankfully I didn't! He seemed just happy to help despite losing out on a business transaction in that moment. As a female customer at an auto shop, I was so grateful for honesty! He got a tip from me & any future auto business I may need!”

If you’re Coast Guard working on Sand Island, this is the place to go. It’s right outside base. Mr. Tagami is fast and efficient; just come before his lunch break at 10:30am or after at 12pm.
He seems stoic, but he’s kind and humorous. I will be back next year!”
