“Title: Best VET experience on Oahu! I recently brought my puppy to the Haiku veterinary clinic for an eight-week follow-up checkup. This marked my first visit to this vet, and I must say, it was a great experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the staff was exceptionally friendly. The wait time wasn't excessive, and the lobby had a clean and inviting atmosphere. When I interacted with the nurses, I found them to be incredibly kind, patient, and well-informed. Although I don't live near this location, I'm now contemplating whether to continue visiting this vet due to the positive experience I had. Another thing that stood out to me was the follow-up phone call from the vet the next day. They had realized they had provided incorrect dates for giving my puppy medication, and their attention to detail and thoroughness truly impressed me. Having been to three different vets on Oahu, I can confidently say that this has been the best veterinary experience I've had.”

“VCA is my go to Animal Hospital. I live in Kaneohe and the staff there are always more than accommodating and friendly. I currently have a cat (Freddy) pictured below. As much I adore him my story with VCA goes almost 24 years back, when I had my Dog (Panic). While fishing in Kaaawa with Panic she managed to swallow a fishing hook and line that someone had carelessly left lying on the beach. It was almost midnight and I rushed to VCA which was closed. I called the number on the door and I was able to speak with a Dr. who from just waking drove to the hospital and performed emergency surgery on my beloved dog Panic. Words can’t express how grateful I was and always will be. Although Panic is no longer with us, I thank the staff and the Dr. for giving Panic many more years with me.
