“This place has everything you need to stay fit- we dropped in while on vacation for a week. $60 for a week long pass on Kauai is reasonable - there are two locations. The Kapaa'a location was having plumbing issues so no filtered water for our first 3 visits was kind of a bummer. I also never understand why a gym has carpeting- anywhere- it's gross! They DO have a lot of equipment & a separate room for Cross-fit type workouts... a full rig and Olympic bars/bumper plates, ski-erg, Concept 2 rowers etc. Lihue location is larger and cleaner. We took a yoga class and Body Pump at Kapaa'a with instructor Brooke -and she was fantastic, great personality, so welcoming to us as visitors-and kept us moving, challenged and motivated! She was totally worth our $60/week fees... thanks, Brooke, for showing us aloha hospitality!”
