One of the best parts of my trip! Garland is so sweet and the entire community was so warm and welcome. They really know their stuff here and I wished I would have found them earlier one. If you're thinking of going DO IT.

This is the best yoga studio on Kauai. It is big, has plenty of parking, free Kangen water for students, a great retail clothing selection, showers, and most importantly, really talented and knowledgeable yoga teachers.

Amanda was amazing! She made modifications available to me and listened to my needs. Super high energy and great music. Awesome, friendly people. I will be back!
