“This was our first time using Alamo. I paid a little more compared to other options (TURO and local rental companies). I was impressed with how easy it was to do the entire process online, without having to go to the service desk and wait for a traditional bureaucratic process.
When I arrived at the location, there was someone waiting with my reservation, and I was able to choose between 5 available cars (in the same category). The car was clean and 100% new! That was worth the difference I paid, since the other options were vehicles between 4 and 10 years old.
Dropping off the vehicle is also easy and convenient, but we had a problem with the reservation, caused by an error in Alamo's system, but the manager tried to fix everything, and for the inconvenience, he offered us a special 50% discount on the total 6-day rate. This definitely exceeded my expectations for customer service. On my next trip, even if it costs a little more, I will definitely use Alamo.”

“We didn't rent from this location. We picked our car at the Airport. We came to visit our Grandson who is stationed at Scofield Barracks. I needed to add him to the contract so he could do the driving, since he knows the whole island. I don't remember the name of the young lady that helped us, but she was awesome. It was so nice that we didn't have to go back to the airport location to do this. She was very knowledgeable and helped us get a great deal on top of the great deal we already had.”
“This was my first experience with Sixt, and they have earned a return customer. Check-in was a very smooth experience. Surprisingly, while the other rental agencies had long lines, I was able to get to an agent right away here.
The customer service rep was so nice. She entertained my kids, who were running around after hours on a plane, and even carried my Mother's bags up to the rental. Just a very sweet gesture.
The drop off was seamless. They have the first set of stalls on the 4th level, and again I found no lines. Got my detailed invoice right there and the agent told me where I needed to go to catch my shuttle to the terminal.
Overall, a wonderful rental experience. The van we needed was as expected. The car seats we rented were clean and very convenient. I would rather have an experience like this than have points from the other chains, for sure. We'll be back!”

“Saw the amount of 1 star reviews and was concerned. However, the friendliness of the lady that helped us and getting my husband and I in pretty fast is why I’m rating it 4/5 stars. Our car was good but it had a feature where it would brake automatically sometimes which got frustrating for us but it’s not the worst thing in the world. Some reviews I’m seeing are people who either didn’t follow the instructions or are just complaining about the slightest inconvenience.”

“Getting my car at National was fast and easy. As an Emerald club member, you walk straight to the car lot, they give you a row to chose from, you pick a car, load up you things and off you go. Everything in the car was clean with a full tank of gas and it all ran well with a very cold AC. Returning the car was just as easy with a receipt emailed to me too. Mahalo National!”
