“I often come to this Marshalls and am always impressed by the friendliness of the staff. I had to mention one incident in particular. I was looking for an outfit to wear for my grandmother's memorial service and funeral and struggling to make a decision. Qui approached me, and when I told him about the situation, he very graciously placed the items on a three-day hold for me. Although I ended up not purchasing from the store, I was very touched by his kind gesture and his thoughtful words. I will always remember that encounter.
