Situated in the heart of Poipu, it offered breathtaking views of the ocean and convenient access to the beach.One of the standout features of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Traci at the front desk. He went above and beyond to ensure that my check-in process was seamless and that all my needs were met throughout my stay. His friendly and helpful demeanor made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped foot in the hotel.The pool bar staff, especially Jessa and Daniel, also played a significant role in making me feel at home. They were attentive, engaging, and always ready to whip up a delicious smoothie or offer recommendations for local attractions. Their warm and friendly nature created a sense of familiarity and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.Another aspect that I loved about the Ko'a Kea hotel was its small size. Unlike larger resorts, it had an intimate and cozy atmosphere that made me feel like a valued guest rather than just a number. This feeling was further enhanced by the amazing staff who seemed to remember my name and preferences, further adding to the personal touch.I can't go without mentioning the outstanding food at both the pool bar and the restaurant, Red Salt. The culinary experiences at these establishments were beyond expectations. The menus offered a delightful blend of local flavors and international cuisine, and the presentation was impeccable. Every meal was a feast for the senses, leaving me wanting to come back for more.Lastly, I must commend the valet, cleaning, and spa staff for their fantastic service. The valet staff ensured that my car was always ready when needed, and the cleaning staff kept my room spotless throughout my stay. The spa staff provided a truly pampering and rejuvenating experience that left me feeling relaxed and refreshed.Overall, my experience at the Ko'a Kea hotel was nothing short of exceptional. This was my second stay in less than 3 months, and I plan to make this my happy place! “Gorgeous prime location. Rooms are a bit outdated but the property’s beach access is wonderful along with ease of comfortably parking near. It’s very well kept, great access to good restaurants nearby. Would also note most of the units seem to have thin wood framed windows, so though there’s no noise at night, you can comfortably hear through all units through the day. Staff is generally kind, and service/water equipment rentals are very affordable.Important note: Pool and Gym are NOT on the property and you’ll either be walking or driving over for access to the Poipu Athletic club. Super friendly staff there along with a great restaurant with poolside service.Rooms: OlderSafety: So safe!Walkability: Very walkableFood & drinks: Great access nearby but nothing on property”
