From the moment they answered the phone, I felt taken care of. I brought in a window that needed new glass, fully expecting it to be ready the next day—which would have been completely fine and already saved me a trip across the island.

When I arrived, I was greeted right away, shown where to place the window, and even though it looked like the team was wrapping up for the day, they welcomed me in, gave me a very reasonable quote, and then surprised me by saying they could have it finished in about an hour instead of the next day. That was such a pleasant surprise.

The pricing was fair, and throughout the entire process I felt complete trust and confidence in the team. As a business owner, I really appreciate when you come across people who genuinely know how to serve customers and solve problems.

What impressed me even more was what happened next. I mentioned that I needed to find a plumber for another project. They let me know the plumber nearby had retired, and when I described my toilet rocking on the floor, they immediately said, “I’ll give you some shims.” They helped me solve a completely unrelated problem that had nothing to do with my glass repair.

“Wade is the man and truly seems to love what he does. He hooked up a bike I just bought and his pricing was super transparent and fair. He gave me a quote a week before taking my bike in and let me buy my own parts online which saved me money. Along the way while servicing my bike he did a bunch of stuff for free for me! What mechanic does that?! Will definitely be a customer for as long as I have a bike.
