Honestly couldn’t have been easier! Much better experience than at the airport location. They were easy to deal with and it only took 2 minutes to swap out my other rental that was in bad condition from the airport. Highly recommended if you’re staying in West Maui! Call ahead for convenience.

Genuinely exceptional service from this location. I rented a car for a couple of days and had a great experience. The staff were very polite and helpful. Would definitely rent from here again!

We needed to swap our Jeep for another one and everyone was very nice and helpful! We got there a little after 9am, they weren't too busy, and were very quick to help us.
