“What a good time! Rented a Slingshot (highly recommended) and took the kid out for a ride. Perfect condition and it was seamless to rent and return. The guys there are super nice and just good people. You only live once, go rent something and have fun. 🤙”

“Talk about above and beyond. Recently we needed a rental car for a single day on the last day of our trip. Aloha Auto was happy to provide one within 30 minutes of a phone call and had the car ready on arrival. We had a really nice day and on our way back to Lahaina to drop it off we encountered a road closure due to a large wildfire - our flight was leaving 3 hours from this time and there was no clear timeline for the road reopening.Aloha Auto allowed us to drop the car off with an associate on our side of the wildfire so we could safely and quickly make our flight. Thanks so much Aloha Auto, if I could give you 100 stars I would.”

“Everyone was really professional and cordial. However, there were not enough people to help in the line was very long. Took an hour and a half to get the car after a 7 hour flight. I was not happy about that. I do not blame the people who were taking care of us. I blame the people who did not hire enough employees to take care of the amount of customers that were waiting in line.”

“This was one of the only car rentals in the immediate area that got high reviews, and I can see why now. They did a fantastic job of walking me through all of my rental's features and what to expect. Then, when I had an issue with getting the gas door open, they were understanding and took care of me after the drop off. Phenomenal service.”

“Customer service at its best. Tegan and Damil (I hope I spelt your names correctly) met my expectations. The rental vehicle did the job just like the Enterprise team.”
