“Talk about above and beyond. Recently we needed a rental car for a single day on the last day of our trip. Aloha Auto was happy to provide one within 30 minutes of a phone call and had the car ready on arrival. We had a really nice day and on our way back to Lahaina to drop it off we encountered a road closure due to a large wildfire - our flight was leaving 3 hours from this time and there was no clear timeline for the road reopening.Aloha Auto allowed us to drop the car off with an associate on our side of the wildfire so we could safely and quickly make our flight.Thanks so much Aloha Auto, if I could give you 100 stars I would.”

“This was one of the only car rentals in the immediate area that got high reviews, and I can see why now. They did a fantastic job of walking me through all of my rental's features and what to expect. Then, when I had an issue with getting the gas door open, they were understanding and took care of me after the drop off. Phenomenal service.”
“We did not rent at this location however we had a problem with a van rented from the airport. We called the help lines with Enterprise but could not get answers. We drove to this location and spoke with a nice gentleman and the manager Leslie. They handled our situation getting us a replacement van sent to our hotel within two hours. They rocked it and got us back to our vacation. Very grateful for them.”
