After I left, I kept thinking about them. Should've bought 'em then!Cut to 5 months later and I was back in Maui. I made it a point to visit the store again (I didn't even remember the name, but knew it was located in Napili Plaza!) I left with two new form-fitting camisoles in black and beige. Both were reasonably priced. The labels said OS (One size) and I squeezed myself into them. I can breathe in them, so they must fit. LOLCustomer service was very friendly. Yep, I'll definitely be going back next year!”

“It's a Volcom store, you should know what you're walking into. I love Volcom, have more hanging in my closet than any other brand. I love the fit, selection, and message the company supports. I particularly love buying Volcom in Hawaii since there are special items only available on the island. First time at this location and the girls working the store today were very helpful. Helped me put together a package deal and helped my daughter find a swimsuit as well. This location is small since most shops on Front St are tight but I was still able to walk out with new board shorts, a couple of HI specific t-shirts, and some HI specific flip flops for myself. Happy Volcom wearer here! Spent more than I intended (mostly my daughters bikini and rash guard combo) but wouldn't have it any other way. The way of the Stone!”

“After we got back from Maui I realized there were more shirts I wished I had bought at Honolua surf. I tried the website and wasn't finding the sizes I needed, so I called the front Street store. Wound up talking to a wonderful young lady named Gabby- She went above and beyond with her customer service- helping me get what I needed! And all while she was still having to serve customers in the store ! (Was the only one working) She did it with a smile with a great attitude and called the other stores to get the sizes I needed and coordinate everything with me via text. You just don't find service like that very many places and especially not when it's over the phone AND in theses Covid times when many in retail are being overworked! I reallyhope her management will read this because she's an amazing employee -need to make sure you keep her and reward her well!!Thank you Gabby! Some in my family are getting some pretty cool Christmas presents because of you!! Plus I got that aloha spirit one more time after my trip! Also two T's and a cute top on sale for my son's GF. All for the price of one dress seen in a shop in Lahaina. The shop owner was friendly and engaging, not bothered in the least by my time spent perusing all of her inventory.”
“Great customer service at this store! Finally made a trip to Maui and it’s a must for me to visit a Local Motion whenever I go to the Islands. We stayed near Lahaina and saw there was a Local Motion in town so we had to go check it out. When we got to the store we were immediately greeted by the team working they day. After a little browsing were approached by an associate named Jachia who was really nice and helpful! She showed us the deals going on and had no problem checking and looking for sizes for me and my girlfriend. She was really helpful, patient, and friendly especially with us asking a lot of questions. During the visit we also did get introduced to Nate who was really nice too! “Great boat and captain. We did the snorkel trip to Lanai and it was really fun. We were fortunate enough to see a whale late in the season as well as spinner dolphins and some giant green turtles. Breakfast was a nice muffin with fruit and lunch was a nice turkey sammich with a chocolate chip ?. I would do this trip again! Super convenient out of Lahaina too.”
“I was at your store today at around 5 in the afternoon with my 24 month old son a while ago and while looking for shirts at the men's section when I didn't notice my son went of your store and rode his bike. Your associate that time called my attention and chased my son because he was about to go down the stairs using his bike and that is truly admirable of her. It exceeds the expectations in the role of a sales associate. I wasn't able to ask her name but I thank her for going beyond the call of duty. If not for her my son would have had an accident.”
