“Nicest staff, they make you feel right at home! Cute store with men’s, women’s, and home decor! They were having a 25% off everything in the store sale… how do you pass that up!? Island style clothing, bathing suits, sandals, hats, belts, bags, shorts, dresses, and more! Very beachy and casual, but there are some nicer clothing items you could wear to dinner. This is a stand alone store near the street entrance of Whaler's Village.”

“Beautiful clothing! This shop is in the Laihaina Cannery on Maui. All good shops are more expensive than on the continent. I found a beautiful white and blue dress on the sales rack and bought it. When I get back home I will check the website.”

“IMHOI stopped into this cute store earlier in the year and saw some cute tops. I wanted to try them on, but at the time due to recent surgery, didn't want to put pressure on my stitches. After I left, I kept thinking about them. Should've bought 'em then!Cut to 5 months later and I was back in Maui. I made it a point to visit the store again (I didn't even remember the name, but knew it was located in Napili Plaza!) I left with two new form-fitting camisoles in black and beige. Both were reasonably priced. The labels said OS (One size) and I squeezed myself into them. I can breathe in them, so they must fit. LOLCustomer service was very friendly. Yep, I'll definitely be going back next year!”

“Love this feel good store with all their cute little arty gifts and clothes. Found a great necklace, sticker designed by the owner, little pieces of wood with great sayings in them like “ trust your heart” and “embrace your journey” if I still had little girls I would have bought the whole store. The cutes stuffies and so much more. And the staff is wonderful too.”

“This store offers the cutest shirts and apparel here! For those who are looking for a more unique souvenir shirt rather than just one from the ABC, this is the spot for you! The vintage Hawaiian look is so cool and pretty! It felt like walking into a surf store! The staff are all friendly and kind and helped explain how the shirts should be cared for. “We always stop at Crazy Shirts when we are on any of the Hawaiian islands. We love this shop. Staff is always nice and helpful. Half my husbands closet is Crazy Shirts. The quality of the men's shirts as fantastic and wash up great. We love them. I also love that each island and sometimes each store will have special shirts you can only get there. Makes for a unique gift or souvenir!”

“Visited yesterday to buy 2 shirts for myself as well as 1 as a gift for a family member. The lady working here was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that we have a great experience. She educated us on background, design, color, fabric, etc. of all the clothes and made sure that we found the perfect shirts!

The shirts themselves have extremely high quality and look fantastic. Would highly recommend visiting if you are looking for high quality hawaiian clothes!”

“Started out not so good as we had purchased some items at the Wailea store and when we got to the Ka’anapali area and checked in my wife realized the item she bought was one size too big. We walked up to Cariloha at Whalers to exchange as well as buy some other things and were told by two staff members that the items had to be returned to the store we purchased them at. I asked if they were sure because that didn’t really make sense and they said something about their inventory, not know what the other store had, blah blah blah and at the end of the day there was nothing they could do, suggested we drive a half hour back tot he other store if we want to exchange, so we walked away and didn’t purchase the other items we had picked out. I said if that is the store policy then it only makes sense to shop online and not in store in the future. That night I was thinking about it and it still didn’t make sense to me so I emailed Cariloha and was responded to quite promptly from the regional manager that there was an error and that they actually could do an exchange, just not a return (which still doesn’t make sense but it didn’t concern me at the time). We went back the next day and there was a different person working who was quite pleasant and had no issue taking our exchange and helping us purchase other items. We will go back before going home, if she is working, and order some stuff to be shipped home. Started as a very poor experience but ended up working out.”

The owner, Julie (who quickly became, Auntie to us), went above and beyond helping my daughter choose something new that she loved even more. This is the aloha spirit that wins peoples’ hearts. We meant to go back, but our plans changed. I can’t wait until we are back in Maui to visit Auntie again!!!”
