“IMHOI stopped into this cute store earlier in the year and saw some cute tops. I wanted to try them on, but at the time due to recent surgery, didn't want to put pressure on my stitches. After I left, I kept thinking about them. Should've bought 'em then!Cut to 5 months later and I was back in Maui. I made it a point to visit the store again (I didn't even remember the name, but knew it was located in Napili Plaza!) I left with two new form-fitting camisoles in black and beige. Both were reasonably priced. The labels said OS (One size) and I squeezed myself into them. I can breathe in them, so they must fit. LOLCustomer service was very friendly. Yep, I'll definitely be going back next year!”

Picked out 2 items from their Hawaii exclusive collection & since every item has slightly different positioning of prints, they let me pick which one I wanted from their selection. The Hawaii exclusive print has hibiscus flowers on it & says Aloha xx Lilly. It's so adorable. I had to have it. Collection has a hat, some dresses, a tote bag, and a tshirt. Loved it! A very beautiful store with gorgeous fitting rooms & furnishings. They also give parking validation with purchase which is a plus! Highly recommend this location.”

“Great customer service at this store! Finally made a trip to Maui and it’s a must for me to visit a Local Motion whenever I go to the Islands. We stayed near Lahaina and saw there was a Local Motion in town so we had to go check it out. When we got to the store we were immediately greeted by the team working they day. After a little browsing were approached by an associate named Jachia who was really nice and helpful! She showed us the deals going on and had no problem checking and looking for sizes for me and my girlfriend. She was really helpful, patient, and friendly especially with us asking a lot of questions. During the visit we also did get introduced to Nate who was really nice too! Our visit to the store that day was great! It didn’t just feel like we went shopping but felt like we made new friends! Thank you Jachia for all the help and awesome service!”

“I was at your store today at around 5 in the afternoon with my 24 month old son a while ago and while looking for shirts at the men's section when I didn't notice my son went of your store and rode his bike. Your associate that time called my attention and chased my son because he was about to go down the stairs using his bike and that is truly admirable of her. It exceeds the expectations in the role of a sales associate. I wasn't able to ask her name but I thank her for going beyond the call of duty. If not for her my son would have had an accident.”

“They sell way more than jeans. Think Forever 21 vibes and quality. I found a cute dress for my teen for $10. I could've found a great dress for family photos for $20 (that I wouldn't have minded getting sandy, dirty or wet). Definitely teen or young adult sizing and aesthetic but they carry bras and sticky bras for emergencies. Shoes, hats and tons of bikinis. Wayyyy cheaper than whatever you'll find at Whalers or downtown Lahaina - cuter and less searching than Ross ;)”

“We have bought Cariloha towels and sheets in the past and love them. We tried out the mattress in the store and it feels so comfortable and luxurious. Peighton helped us with the purchase of a new mattress at the Kaanapali store. She was so knowledgeable. We can’t wait until our new mattress is delivered.”

“This tiny boutique at Napili Kai is packed with lovely and reasonably priced women's wear, jewelry, hats, bags, and tasteful T-shirts. After cringing at the prices at boutiques elsewhere in Lahaina, I set my sights on three beautifulBatik pieces here- a sundress, tunic, and fluttery shirt-sleeves top. Also two T's and a cute top on sale for my son's GF. All for the price of one dress seen in a shop in Lahaina. The shop owner was friendly and engaging, not bothered in the least by my time spent perusing all of her inventory.”

“Staff showed care and professionalism in helping my daughter and I. We needed to find a new rash guard for her (long sleeves) since she got a little too much sun the day before and we had a full beach day planned. They had multiple options in both rash guards and full swim sets with sleeves. My daughter finally found one she loved and the only one in her size had a small snag. Normally I would have cared but it was right in the center of the chest and was $68. They offered a small discount but once she saw the snag she refused to wear it. We ended up not purchasing anything but I would shop here again thanks to the staff. We did not see any other issues with the merchandise as the other options were in brand new condition with no noticeable issues.”

“Not usually one to review retail stores, but I had to say something about this particular store. Despite the fact the A/C was not working, the staff was friendly, helpful and incredibly upbeat. They even made it a point to say how much they appreciated our remaining in the store to shop for clothes in the heat and humidity. Travis Mathew company has a great staff working this store! Hope they got the A/C fixed!”

“Was on vacation and they were doing a wheel raffle ranging from free socks shirts to beach towels and 50% off I was lucky enough to get a free shirt and a beach towel just by trying on a pair of shorts and my lady also got a free shirt. Everything with Hawaii on it is exclusive and can’t get anywhere else. But prices are really high for volcom products. That’s why the 4 stars. I wish all volcom stores had these raffles where I’m from.”
