Our family had a wonderful time. The hotel was very nice. The food and the service was excellent. In particular the overnight bellman, Tyson, went above and beyond.

“This five-star hotel in Maui, Hawaii, which costs approximately $1,000 per night, boasts a prime location with a beautiful and clean beach and well-maintained outdoor areas. However, I observed that the cleanliness of the sink in our room was not up to standard, and some of the blankets were torn.”
