“We visited T-mobile today after my phone was completely broken while hiking. Luises provided excellent customer service, he was very knowledgable and explained all of my options for replacing my phone based upon my current plan. He walked us through the best route and answered all of our questions! By far the best T-mobile associate I have encountered!”

“We've been in twice in the past month and we were helped by Nick both times. He is the most friendly and professional guy, not just with us but with everyone he interacted with while we were there. It's not often you find great employees and AT&T should give him a raise and promotion! They're lucky to have him!”
