Renton Road staff is ALWAYS helpful. BUT the hours listed online as only noon - 2pm are WRONG. I got there at 1pm and the line took one hour to get to window, and I have health issues!. They only have ONE PERSON doing passports and mail. NEED HELP THERE!!!

i went for a passport appointment. the wait was a bit long but as long as you have all your correct documents, you should be fine. the process is really quick :D! thank u michelle for your help, she was very sweet and helpful ^_^
