“While waiting for a flight, Sanai at Maui Divers in the airport assisted my husband and I. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and had a bubbly personality that we loved. Sanai showed my husband and I several pieces of the Heritage Collection, carefully measured my husband’s finger for sizing, and obtained a quote for a custom piece to be made. We had to leave quickly (to catch our plane), and reached out to Sanai after we got home. She helped us complete the transaction, and has been in frequent communication with us while the ring is being made. We are very happy with the purchase and eager to get the ring!”

“I recently visited Honolulu had an EXCEPTIONAL experience at the Omega boutique in Ala Moana Center! As a starting Omega fan, I wanted a first full Omega Boutique experience. The boutique itself was beautiful and luxurious, but what truly stood out was the wonderful service I received - I'm especially grateful and thankful to Alan Okihara as he was genuinely passionate about helping me throughout to find my first Omega watch showcasing the White Dial Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional. He was so patient and attentive, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Not only that, I was also shocked to discovered that the Seamaster Diver 300M 007 James Bond Edition was available. As an avid James Bond fan, I always wanted it as my second watch.
Despite me and my friend being short in time at first for a tour, and debating between one of the watches on display, I never felt rushed or pressured into considering other options. Alan provided me the personalized attention and also shared his passion for watchmaking, especially showcasing his Omega Ultraman Speedmaster Edition.
Ended up spending almost 2 hours in the boutique. Just talking about watches and the journey into the OMEGA Universe. I was thoroughly impressed. Thanks to him, I walked away with not just one but two watches that I absolutely adore.

“This business has been around for a long while (at least 15 years). My mother bought me a gold bracelet here for me when I was a little girl. I'm 24 now and still have the same bracelet on me with no tarnish. I also bought a gold anklet here with charms included. Their prices are fair since I've been quoted $500-$800+ for an anklet elsewhere especially if you're looking for solid gold which I prefer. They have a variety of jewelry from jade bracelets, stainless steel-solid 18k gold earrings/bracelets/necklaces/rings/anklets. No toe rings as I was told. **Their store is always gated at the entrance (security purposes since they're located in Chinatown of course). As anothers mentioned just wave them over or say hello to be let in**”

“So happy that we walked into Zales because Rosie was the best. As soon as we walked in she was so welcoming and accommodating with us. My boyfriend went into Kay’s Jewelry to shop for a ring but was never helped or even acknowledged there not even a hi or anything. Even when I came in to look around I didn’t even get acknowledged tho people who walked in after us got greeted. My boyfriend was frustrated cuz he thought maybe because the way he looks maybe they thought he didn’t have money or couldn’t afford anything.
So I told him let’s just go look in Zales as soon as we walked in Rosie greeted us and helped us right away. My boyfriend told her about our experience at Kay’s and how he wanted to get a ring for me she immediately showed me rings. I had no idea what kind of ring I wanted to get Rosie stepped in showing me different styles made me try on a 10 ct ring hoping my boyfriend would budge on my budget, I had a $5000 budget on my ring, but we failed lol. The whole process was just fun conversation it was just good energy from start to finish. I ended up getting a ring due to Rosie it felt like we knew her forever. We were so happy with her service that my boyfriend ended up getting a ring too which he wasn’t planning on. We were both in awe with our experience at Zales especially my boyfriend. We didn’t get her coworker name either but she was also sweet. Thank you for the great customer service!!!”

“I've been shopping around for a 15mm rope chain for a good price and every other jewelry shops that I visited wanted so much money for it (Debbie's, princess gold,Jess, diamond fairy just to name a few). I was quoted 28-32k for a 400-450 grams. These were Outrageous prices. One day, Mike's advertisement popped up on my Facebook feed and I wanted to give him a shot. I sent him a DM and he responded immediately. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The next day, I went to his shop and I told him what I wanted and he said he has to order it. One week later, Mike called me and said my chain came in. I immediately drove down and met with him. My chain came out to be 15.5mm 511 grams and got the best price ever. That same day my wife also purchase couple of chains for her self. They have the best prices you will pay for gold and other jewelries. Mike and his family are awesome and friendly. “This is probably one of the 4 stores I ever go to in the entire mall for an outfit or a cute skirt or top. It's very tidy and organized. The staff is very attentive and professional. Every time that I've gone, not once was something like a pair of shoes just shoved under a rack of clothing or there wasn't just a piece of clothing that came off the hanger and was sitting in a puddle on the floor, they take care of their spaces and the quality of their fits and products are genuine. It's a small business supporting other small businesses! Ranging from those that make body mists, keychains, cute jewelry, bags, cards and more. They also have a reward system that I've used maybe once or twice now and you can get up to $20 off your engire purchase if you rack up the points. Bought a romper as a gift, as well as some of their vanilla scented mists and both the people I gifted these to, they loved them.”
