“While waiting for a flight, Sanai at Maui Divers in the airport assisted my husband and I. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and had a bubbly personality that we loved. Sanai showed my husband and I several pieces of the Heritage Collection, carefully measured my husband’s finger for sizing, and obtained a quote for a custom piece to be made. We had to leave quickly (to catch our plane), and reached out to Sanai after we got home. She helped us complete the transaction, and has been in frequent communication with us while the ring is being made. We are very happy with the purchase and eager to get the ring!”

I have bought from other Jewelry places before but they did not have Kerra. She made me feel like I belonged there by being professional and personal. “I ordered a beautiful 5 plumeria ring from Costco. The design is exquisite, but the weight of the gold is significantly thinner than the sample ring in the store. Still beautiful and I love it, but very disappointed in the light weight. The gold at the bottom of the ring is not quite paper thin. No doubt, will need to be careful not to bang the bottom shank that appears fragile. I am reluctant to wear this ring every day. Very disappointed in this purchase and will not buy other pieces I had planned. What you see in the store can be different than what you actually get.
Also, the design is very rough between my fingers and not comfortable. I really do love this ring. I wish I could wear it more.”

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Kay Jewelers in Kapolei, and I can’t say enough good things about Adam Dizol, Mildred Sadorra, and Keli Keawehu.
Anyone who has shopped for an engagement ring knows it’s not just another purchase. It’s emotional. It’s exciting. It’s stressful. You want to get it right. From day one, Adam, Mildred, and Keli treated it with the importance it deserved.
They spent countless hours answering questions, walking me through options, and helping me create exactly what I envisioned. I never felt pressured to spend more money or make a decision before I was ready. Instead, I felt like I had a team of people who genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect ring.
What impressed me most was what happened when an unexpected pricing issue came up near the end of the process. Adam could have easily told me there was nothing he could do. Instead, he took ownership of the situation, advocated for me, and worked with management to find a solution. The details aren’t what matter. What mattered was the effort. He cared enough to fight for his customer, and that says a lot about the kind of person he is.
Throughout the entire process, Mildred and Keli were just as incredible. They were kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely excited for me. Every time I walked into the store, I felt like I was being greeted by friends rather than sales associates.
In a world where customer service often feels rushed and transactional, this team reminded me what great service looks like. They helped make one of the most important purchases of my life a memorable experience, and for that I’ll always be grateful.

“Came into store with 2 and 3 y/o to drop off a wedding set to tighten the diamond settings and restore white gold plus a pair of earrings with the intention of asking for the best way to clean at home. Aunties behind the counter were playing with children while Paul and I could talk. Paul was knowledgeable and friendly and I cannot emphasize how reasonable the price was. Picked up the ring and I’m just blown away. It looks brand new. Diamond earrings with new backings and cleaned. Talk story to another customer already there and she mentioned she makes trips from big island for Paul to work on her most valued jewelry because she doesn’t trust anyone else since she moved from Oahu.
