“Incredible experience!!!I recently proposed to my girlfriend and needed the engagement ring re-sized. We initially went to The Wedding Ring Shop, and although they offer a luxurious setting/experience, they declined to re-size my fiancés ring. I'll spare you the details but as you can imagine my girl and I started to panic.But then Alysn from Pacific Diamond Wedding Rings swooped in to save the day! We called them immediately after TWRS couldn't help us and Alysn answered. She was so sweet and professional on the phone so we decided to just pop in. She courteously greeted us and walked us through the whole process. Thankfully PDWR are professionals when it comes to jewelry modification and resizing and Alysn said they could resize our ring no problem! Turn around was quick and I'm positive I was charged much less than what TWRS would have charged me!I don't have a picture of the ring after being resized, but if you look at the attached photo, you can see the bottom of the ring. You can't even tell where they made the cut on the ring! Craftsmanship 10/10. Service 10/10. Price 10/10. Thank you Alysn and Pacific Diamond Wedding Rings!”

“I've been shopping around for a 15mm rope chain for a good price and every other jewelry shops that I visited wanted so much money for it (Debbie's, princess gold,Jess, diamond fairy just to name a few). I was quoted 28-32k for a 400-450 grams. These were Outrageous prices. One day, Mike's advertisement popped up on my Facebook feed and I wanted to give him a shot. I sent him a DM and he responded immediately. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The next day, I went to his shop and I told him what I wanted and he said he has to order it. One week later, Mike called me and said my chain came in. I immediately drove down and met with him. My chain came out to be 15.5mm 511 grams and got the best price ever. That same day my wife also purchase couple of chains for her self. They have the best prices you will pay for gold and other jewelries. Mike and his family are awesome and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy gold chains.”

In this day and age; it is important to treat your customers fairly. Uncle is still working hard, loves his job and is apparent he loves his customers. “My mother-in-law has been coming coming here for years to replace her watch batteries. I decided to try it out since I needed 3 watch batteries done.Located in Chinatown, there was no line, so it took the person around 10 minutes to do all 3 watches! Plus, the amount they charge is super reasonable. Most watches cost $7 and more expensive can cost $10 and up. My total for my 3 watches was $24! That is awesome! Not sure if it is cash only or if they take credit card as my mother-in-law said to pay cash lol.Anyway - when I was checking around to change my battery, one of my watches was going to cost $20, another place quoted that one watch would be $29 and up.I am super glad I get to use my watches again and where they are not trying to rip off customers. I definitely recommend this place!(Note - this place is a little dusty smelling, so make sure you use a mask if you have allergies).”
