I was able to make my ring with a custom sound wave on it and my fiancé's wedding band was custom wrapped around her engagement ring so it sit perfectly flush. The entire staff is pleasant and they are great with communication. We highly recommend House of Diamonds and would work with them again in the future!”

I went on my last day in Hawaii and was a bit taken aback when I called to verify the location after a warm 30 minute walk, that they were packing everything up for a show the day beforeThanksgiving. I didn't need to worry. The owner was extremely apologetic and called the ladies in the office/showroom. They asked me what I was looking for and brought out a number of options. I originally went to get my mum something specific, and ended up getting several things for myself and her! When I wasn't certain about the setting f or a pair of earrings, they offered me other options and changed them while I was there. The only issue I had was that I spent way more than I intended - not because of the cost, but for the variety available, their willingness to accommodate, and my inability to choose to leave things out!”

We were able to walk in without any need for an appointment, and were helped within a few minutes. The pricing was super fair and the wait time was fast. We went shopping at Pearl Ridge in the meantime and then they called us about 60 minutes later once the work was done. They were also very patient with us as we kept reducing the ring sizes to find the right fit. Highly recommend!”

“I ordered a beautiful 5 plumeria ring from Costco. The design is exquisite, but the weight of the gold is significantly thinner than the sample ring in the store. Still beautiful and I love it, but very disappointed in the light weight. The gold at the bottom of the ring is not quite paper thin. No doubt, will need to be careful not to bang the bottom shank that appears fragile. I am reluctant to wear this ring every day. Very disappointed in this purchase and will not buy other pieces I had planned. What you see in the store can be different than what you actually get.
Also, the design is very rough between my fingers and not comfortable. I really do love this ring. I wish I could wear it more.”

“I have fixed my extra fine white gold chain in this shop multiple times. They do an awesome job! Very fast and good quality, the price is also very good.
In Wellington, New Zealand the biggest jewelers have refused to fix my chain because it was “too fine” and they were scared to melt it, but in Heart to Heart they fix it super fast and well 👌🙂

“I have lived in Pearl city all my life and I have been to paradise loan and jewelry a few times. I have never experienced anything bad with this place. The owner may be straight up and it may not be what you want to hear but she is very fair. I cannot believe the comments people have left. NOT TRUE! Switched tennis bracelet, girl what’s wrong with you? That lady who owns paradise would never do something like that, she not chronic. If she was this business would not be around this long. Also if you talking about a tennis bracelet you say is worth $500 I can only imagine how small the diamonds are more like chips. Why would anyone want that??? Let’s be real.
I was planning on taking my broken chains and one sided earrings to a pawn shop and paradise is the only pawn shop left in p.c. And that’s how I came across all this bs about the comments.
