“I stayed at the cliffs two years ago. The one-bedroom condo was amazing. To start with, it was spacious. The room itself featured a spacious king-size bed and a private bathroom, all complemented by a large television. The living room provided a comfortable seating area with a big couch. In addition, the room included both a washer and a dryer, which was a very handy feature. The full kitchen was a definite plus. The patio area offered a table with seating for four.”

“I LOVED this place. The staff are soo unbelievably friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The property is beautiful and they have lots of fun activities, free popcorn and free shaved ice. The gym is great. I used the jacuzzi also. So many amenities which really made my trip. Our rooms were so spacious and so comfortable! Thank you to the staff !”

“This is an unprecedented review for me as I've never experienced anything like this before. We arrived at the tail end of Hurricane Lowell and Kauai was hurting badly; Roads blocked or flooded, no power, very little cell service, no open stores. When we arrived, the hotel was dimly lit and there were generators set up with fans blowing to keep guests comfortable in the lobby. The staff were everywhere, doing what they could. It's an understatement to say we felt like asses checking into a hotel where the situation was dismal and I'll be forever sorry that we added to their workload. Carol helped us find our rooms, gave us flashlights, told us the hotel was preparing dinner for all the guests. She was operating on 2 hours of sleep and was cheerful and helpful, doing the very best she could for us and with a smile I might add. From what we understood, they had 20 staffers staying there because they couldn't get home, so they stayed and they worked. We could tell how much work had already been done for the grounds. So many downed trees, the pools were in rough shape, no power to run the pumps. Staff had lined the halls with glow sticks and had upright flashlights at the corners. Dinner was delicious; Chef's Pasta Surprise. Again, food was served by all the staff with a warm hearted smile. They had to be so exhausted. In addition, every single employee was friendly, they smiled, they said hi, they'd stop to chat if I asked them how they were. I can't imagine working my job, knowing that my home might be damaged or that loved ones had been displaced. These staffers are all an asset to the Westin and I certainly hope they are recognized for their extreme efforts. We were able to make arrangements to leave on Thursday. No need for us to be there taking up resources. We saw Carol off and on during our stay and I was able say goodbye to her. We both cried. So sweet. I want to go back someday when all is well. But for now, I'll give Kauai space to heal.”

“Rooms are setup in a way that makes you feel like you have a semi private entrance and I all the chickens running around! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here.”

“What a lovely, peaceful property!--perched above the North Shore of Kaua'i, the Westin Princeville Resort is remote and yet close to restaurants, food stores and other niceties. This is one of the 8 properties in the Westin Flex group, and while it is obviously older than the other resorts, it has still held up very well--it has almost all the amenities that you get at the other resorts. I'll definitely be back!”

“The lady that made my coffee was very friendly and the yogurt parfet is the best parfet I've ever had. Wish I knew this place the day we got here. Its a hidden gem. I'm going back to try thr over night oats.”
