“Mililani branch has the best customer service! Teller #336 greeted me with smiling eyes and friendly hello. What I like best about this branch is while standing in line, on the big screen tv, they have a show called Bites on a Budget. The recipes are easy and the food looks good! I wish they had fliers available that show the recipe. :p”
“I been banking with America Savings for over 20 years. They been really good bank and they have extended hours for customers. It makes easy for me to bank with them. Also they have great customer service departments. I like this particular Branch because branch manager appreciates your business. I believe sometime doing just little thing for customers can win them over. It's about trusting your customers and helping them. Gail give excellent service and her teller follows her work ethic. “This bank the only location available for the Waianae community but this is my favorite location when I do all my business transactions. Conveniently located on Farrington hwy Waianae Shopping center. Same parking structure as Cvs Longs. This location is always friendly and we never have problems with this bank and we have over 10 business accounts here. Deposits ans transactions are always an ease. My only issue is their bank hours (which is also mentioned in other reviews). Open M-F from 8am-4pm but fridays they close at 5pm. It's tough to get there before 4 and sadly they are not open on Saturday's so I have to drive out of Waianae to the Kapolei branch I always have issues there. Just wish they went back to their pre-covid business hours.”

“I have no idea why this bank has so many bad reviews, they deserve better than that. I had such a great experience for my first time here. Initially came here to close my old account and open a new one because of some fraudulent action on a Saturday, an hour and a half before they closed. It was convenient because it's close to where I live. Thank God it wasn't busy, just had to wait a few minutes then was helped by Wendy who was lovely and she helped me with every step even changing my info for the app and applying for a credit card. She was mindful an empathetic with each question or concern I had and everything, I have social anxiety and she was very patient with me. The other tellers all seemed helpful, smiling, and fast even when there was a mini rush towards closing. Thank you again Wendy!”

“I came here because according to their website today they are selling yen at 140.5 yen - $1. I went to the window and spoke with Abcide. She answered all my questions and was so nice and patient. She informed me that I have to open an account to get the yen at that price and I have to pay for them yen in cash. Okay, no problem. Went to my CU get the cash and back to CPB to open my account. Helen helped me as soon as I walked in. We opened my account, ordered my yen and she even had me download the CPB app to make sure I was able to set up and log in. Everyone here is so nice and pleasant.. it really makes me want to do more banking here. I also told Helen... every time I say or think Central Pacific Bank I hear their jingle in my head! Talk about good and effective advertising!! :)”
“Noteworthy experience with Royce (I think that's his name?) at BOH Pearlridge helping my fiancé and I get our paperwork settled to ship our cars off island. He would give us calls to check in and when we came into the bank for other matters, he'd check in again to make sure everything was ok. He was super attentive and patient with us. Other experiences at BOH Pearlridge have been wonderful. All the staff is polite and approachable! Logistic wise, playing the wait game for paperwork and account info to be changed gets frustrating as I've never dealt with this type of "7-10 business days" just to change my payment info for my car loan with other banks. Aside from the constant "wait game" with BOH, the staff and employees seem happy to work there, they show care for their work and I've enjoyed banking with BOH.”

They open at 9 AM and the lines start at 8:30 AM. Lines for bank tellers, business ops, and even the drive-thru ATMs.
Always efficient and quick though. Lots of long time staff who know what to do.
Parking is tight but never impossible. Might have to walk an extra minute or two.
Otherwise this location services its purpose in the busy Pearl City, Aiea area.”
