“Very nice community pool. Pool is limited to residents and their guests. There is (obviously) a pool, two restrooms, outdoor tables, and parking. There is an indoor area with a sink, outlets and a fridge. Good space for a get together. There are garage doors that separate the indoor area from the pool. A nice pergola provides shade also. Very nice, loved coming here.”

“Came for a Murph drop in, was not disappointed. Smaller box but staff was super engaged and helpful. Great mix of athletes, you could easily make solid friends with this group. I’ll be back.”

“I am so thrilled to have discovered OTF. After a six-year break from the gym, I was hesitant to join a traditional fitness center, fearing I’d lack the motivation to do more than just the elliptical. However, after a month of attending 3-4 classes a week, I’m officially hooked. The energy of the 2/3G classes is unmatched, providing a fantastic full-body workout.
The entire team—from Jaymie and Maka at the front desk to Tara, the new member manager—has been incredible. As a naturally skeptical person, I’ve been blown away by how kind and supportive the environment is. Special thanks to the coaches for being so observant; they’ve been instrumental in helping me modify exercises for my knee issues and ensuring my form is correct. While all the coaches are stellar, Sophia is my absolute favorite, and I always look forward to her and Patrick’s classes. I’m genuinely excited about my fitness journey here!”
“Way better than the on-post 24-hour gym. It can get crowded some mornings due the mandatory PT unit times but the equipment is better maintained and the facility is a lot congested.”
“These coaches rock! I tore my meniscus about a year and a half ago and never got it repaired, but working with the coaches here, they have been able to keep me active and fit, while strengthening the area around my knee. So many scaled options for the exercises I am not quite ready for, but working toward accomplishing. Good people, family-oriented, not just encouraging - but highly motivating and empowering. Competitive level classes, scaled classes, and even a Keiki class and one for the finely aged, like myself. They accept insurance through the Active & Fit program, if your employer includes that in your benefits program.”
“The gym is good, lots of free weights and CrossFit type things, pullups bars, sleds, squat racks, Olympic rings, cardio machines. The only thing I found very odd is there is only one cable machine and it's broken.”
“Honestly the ALOHA that the team has given and still continues to do mean’s a lot. The Manager Jason R has this amazing energy that continues to remind me of why I started to workout back in 2014 at the Kaneohe 24’s. His honesty and loyalty. Even though we are not related his is my `Ohana and a true representation of ALOHA”

“I love knowing that I live 3 minutes away from the gym. There shouldn’t be no excuses to showing up and building a better me. If it’s not Kapolei, I’ll be at Kakaako which is 2 minutes away from my work. Thank you for making me healthy, happy, and beautiful. Stay blessed everyone and go get it!”
“They actually have A/C here and uses it ?... definitely worth it to work out here, equipment is top notch and clean. The Black card amenities is excellent here. People are extremely nice and attentive towards Members. Top rated first class PF experience! ?”
