“Facilities are always clean. Staff is always helpful and cheery. Plenty of area to stretch and tons of machines. Feels more family friendly than anywhere else I have been.”

“Very nice community pool. Pool is limited to residents and their guests. There is (obviously) a pool, two restrooms, outdoor tables, and parking. There is an indoor area with a sink, outlets and a fridge. Good space for a get together. There are garage doors that separate the indoor area from the pool. A nice pergola provides shade also. Very nice, loved coming here.”

“I was out on vacation and I needed a coach to judge me on 24.2. They were so quick in responding and getting me in. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much. ?”

“These coaches rock! I tore my meniscus about a year and a half ago and never got it repaired, but working with the coaches here, they have been able to keep me active and fit, while strengthening the area around my knee. So many scaled options for the exercises I am not quite ready for, but working toward accomplishing. Good people, family-oriented, not just encouraging - but highly motivating and empowering. Competitive level classes, scaled classes, and even a Keiki class and one for the finely aged, like myself. They accept insurance through the Active & Fit program, if your employer includes that in your benefits program.”

“Thorough and energizing workout every? time?! The studio is also spacious enough to move between stations easily + the coaches and staff couldn’t be better. Great place!!”

“I like this gym very much compared to Martinez. All the equipment is indoors, plenty of workout machines, cardio, free weights. This place is perfect for those who are starting out at the gym or not wanting to be out in the open. The USO is a few feet away also”

“The gym is good, lots of free weights and CrossFit type things, pullups bars, sleds, squat racks, Olympic rings, cardio machines. The only thing I found very odd is there is only one cable machine and it's broken.”

“New Management & Team has brought this location out of the gutter. It was so dirty and gross I started to commute into town, so bad, but the new team has cleaned it up. It's been consistently clean and the new team is so friendly and helpful. Give this location another shot if you started going elsewhere. Such great improvements ??”

“This good gym, I used to work there as a club janitorial attendant. It was an ok job, I liked it, but I didnt wanna stay there too long due to the fact that was PT and I couldn't see myself there in a longevity sort of way. Staff was ok, nothing wrong but I kind of left on bad terms but hey its ok, life goes on. Managers Jason and Matt were alright, trainers Abigail and Donna were cool, and most of the memebers were alright. Gained a lot of respect from them for what I was doing; over-all this place wasn't bad. Hopeful it's doing OK now since I've left.”
