“Bought a bracelet for a friend as a gift. I asked the guy for a gift receipt just in case it didn’t fit She can swap it out for another. He gave me the receipt and I left. Why would u give someone a gift receipt if all sales were final. Plus he never said that to me. Now my friend goes in there to switch it out and the girls say they cant all sales final. Called the store and the manager hasn’t call me back.
Manager Celeste calls me back and says she’s sorry and that because they are training new people they will honor the exchange. Thank u for doing that I appreciate the customer service”

“Just got back from the Dunes and we had a great time.. Course was in great shape though a few ball marks as it is public. Clayton was a super nice guy in the pro shop and very helpful. it was quite busy as we had to wait for carts as they were all out on the course. Hope to get back there again this year!! Great job guys...”

“This is the first time I have rented clubs from Roger Dunn's Maui and I have always rented clubs from Dunn's when I play in Oahu and have had nothing but pure joy with the top notch sticks provided by this stellar golf establishment. Prior to my arrival in Maui, I chose the TaylorMade with regular Graphite Flex shafts as I know my swing speed and I play similar sticks back home. I was absolutely pleased when I arrived at the Maui store and my TaylorMade Qi10s which included a Driver, two Woods, a Hybrid, five Irons, three wedges and a super sweet Spider Putter were all ready to go in a TaylorMade cart bag. Sawyer was my point of contact and he was superb with his customer service and invited me to hit a few balls with my sticks in the stores driving range which is equipped with a Foremost Sim. I also had the opportunity to swing all my sticks at a local outdoordriving range and I was absolutely impressed with the TaylorMade Qi10s!!! Needless to say, the clubs performed flawlessly on the Fairways as well and it definitely lowered my score substantially and therefore made my game so so much more enjoyable! I have to give a big shout out as well to Cory, the store manager, and Doug and Lee for their amazing customer service when I frequented the store in the two weeks that I was in Maui. Mahalo Nui Loa Gents! I will be back next year to rent from you again. Aloha Brahs😉🤙”

I bought pair of tevas and clarks for$100.00 total, not a huge variety of sizes in tevas the day I was there but found what i needed at very reasonable prices.
